The Summit.
The Taste of Tourism Summit takes place on 11th March in the Culloden Estate & Spa.
This event includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments. Delegates leave with a special Summit Bag and the inspiration from some amazing, internationally-acclaimed speakers.
The Chef.

Tom Brown
Pearly Queen, London.Originally from Cornwall, acclaimed chef Tom Brown worked in restaurants around the South-West including Rick Stein’s and then with two-Michelin starred Nathan Outlaw.
Tom opened his debut restaurant, Cornerstone in Hackney Wick in April 2018. The 46-cover restaurant showcased Tom’s own style of simple, seasonal and produce-driven cooking.
In 2021, he won his first ever Michelin Star for Cornerstone and retained it the following year.
In 2023, Tom opened the doors to his new venture, Pearly Queen; an oyster bar and restaurant located in Shoreditch.
